The City of Toronto Planning Division has received an application for Zoning By-law Amendment to permit two residential towers, with total heights of 39 storeys and 34 storeys atop a 3-storey high base building. The development proposes 2,898 square metres of retail uses and 4,048 square metres of office uses, resulting in an FSI of 13.73 times the lot area.
