The City of Toronto Planning Division has received an application for Zoning By-law Amendment to permit two residential towers, with total heights of 39 storeys and 34 storeys atop a 3-storey high base building. The development proposes 2,898 square metres of retail uses and 4,048 square metres of office uses, resulting in an FSI of 13.73 times the lot area. The proposal includes preservation of portions of the heritage-designated building at 50 Eglinton Avenue West.
