Regarding the planning application for 2100 Yonge Street (2100-2110 Yonge St & 8-12 Manor Road West). The application proposes to amend the Toronto Official Plan and Zoning Bylaws to permit a 12-storey mixed use building with 78 dwelling units, retail at grade and 30 parking spaces located in a two-level below ground parking garage. The applicant also seeks to purchase the public laneway at the rear of the site from the City to facilitate development.
